Gulf Springs Sea Farm is located in Spring Creek, Wakulla County, Florida and was founded three years ago by Jack Davis and Lynn Seiler, two retired Baby Boomers looking for an interesting and environmentally sustainable second act. Jack and Lynn found what they were looking for in the emerging local aquaculture industry and are now obsessed (and in love) with all things oysters and their new busy life on the water. Gulf Springs Sea Farm oysters are raised in spring-fed Gulf waters, surrounded by pristine national forests, a great combination for a truly unique southern oyster with a sublimely oceanic flavor!!
